Managing Director
Richmond Lankwei Lamptey, APR is the Managing Director of Modern Planners and Contruction Limited and has been a Senior Management and Communications Consultant at Ghana International Business School. He has over two decades of working experience in all the segments of the communication industry, mostly at the director and senior management levels. Richmond is a top-notch business leader and coach with emeritus credentials in the creative arts and the show business area. He is a poet and an author.
He Has served as a General Manager at DigiCut Production and Advertising PLC, Spyder Lee Entertainment, First Digital Television and Ghana Media Group. He was the Editor of the Today newspaper.
He also served as board member for GN Electronics / GN Logistics and GN Media
Richmond holds a Bachelor of Arts (BA Hons) degree in English Language and Theatre Arts and a Master of Arts (MA) degree in communication studies, both from the University of Ghana. He has certificates in copywriting, on HIV / AIDS counselling among others.
As a consultant, Richmond has successfully executed projects across the West African sub-region including Ghana, Sierra Leone and Liberia.

Director of Projects
Edem has been part of the construction industry for over 10 years. He graduated with Bsc. in Civil Engineering and a focus on Structures and Construction Management from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). Early in his career, Edem worked in a number of different roles within the construction industry and quickly gained a broad knowledge in the range of positions he held.
He spent 5 years working with Manet Group, Clifton Homes (Versailies Decor), Nesstra Construction Ghana Limited. He also Directed and Managed C.T Quaye Construction Ltd, and he is currently steering the affairs of Modern Planners in dealing with Contracts and Projects. His construction experience includes Property development, town houses, commercial projects such as airport terminals, prefabricated housing units, schools, hospitals, heal-dtates, residential, hotels, restaurants, high-rise apartments, warehouses, swimming pools, etc.
Commercial Director
Simon has been involved in the construction industry for over 10 years. He has extensive experience in Quantity Surveying and holds a Bachelor of Building Technology . He is a member Ghana Institute of Surveyors (GhIS). Prior to his involvement with MPC, Simon worked with numerous construction companies in Ghana such as Mitcheletti & Co, Berock Ventures, Myturn, Mask Green etc. He is the Senior Quantity Surveyor with Modern Planners and his involvement with the company has led to great achievements. Simon is involved in pricing all manner of residential, commercial and industrial projects. His systematic approach and attention to detail make him a valued member of our team.
Director of Construction
Numan has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry. He started his first construction project with Cooperative Housing Construction (350 apartments) for Black Sea Copper workers in 1989 with Koseoglu Construction Company Ankara Turkey. He spent 22 years working with MNG Holdings where he was at the fore front of constructing major facilities including Totas 5 Stars Hotel in Antalya, 42 floors Turkey Central Bank, 7500 prefabricated housing units for the Ministry of Tourism, Bolu, Turkey.
He also played a key role at MAPA Construction where he spearheaded the successful Construction of Kotoka International Airport, Terminal 3, Accra. He has been a Director since and is in charge of strategic decision making and business.
Head, Human Resource & Administration
Mary Amponsah is a seasoned and results-driven Human Resources professional and full member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management (MCIHRM) with over a decade of progressive experience in benefits administration, HR policy development, and talent management. Mary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon. She is dedicated to fostering compliant, inclusive, and high-performing workplace environments that align organizational goals with employee well-being.
With extensive experience working with multinational companies from Portugal, Brazil, and several Asian countries operating in Ghana, she brings to MPC a strong global perspective and cultural intelligence to HR leadership. Mary has been recognized for expertise in recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and regulatory compliance, with a proven ability to translate business strategies into effective people solutions. She has proven success in developing HR policies, designing impactful training programmes, and ensuring legal and ethical compliance to drive sustainable business growth.
Mary has a demonstrated history of leading HR operations for large-scale projects and managing workforces exceeding 1,800 employees, combining strategic insight with hands-on execution to enhance employee engagement, retention, and organizational culture. She is guided by principles of fairness, respect, and accountability to build workplaces where people and performance thrive in equal measure.
Head of Operations
Dr. Wissam Aldeeb is a highly accomplished Civil and Structural Engineer with more than 20 years of experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and development projects across the Middle East and Africa. He holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Structural Engineering and has successfully led multidisciplinary teams on projects exceeding USD 150 million, covering sectors such as healthcare, municipal infrastructure, and humanitarian works.
At MPC, Dr. Aldeeb brings deep expertise in project and construction management, structural retrofit, and sustainable design. His proven leadership ensures projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget, while meeting international standards including ACI, Eurocode, and British Standards.
A published researcher and academic, Dr. Aldeeb is passionate about advancing sustainable construction practices through innovation and technical excellence. His work reflects MPC’s commitment to quality, resilience, and lasting community impact.
Director of Finance
Mr. Elvis Kwasi Sarpong is a commercially astute finance professional with over a decade of experience leading financial strategy, corporate finance, and performance management across diverse industries, including Banking & Finance, Freight & Logistics, Real Estate, and Hospitality. He is a Certified Financial Analyst and Fintech Modelling Expert and has a proven track record of driving business growth through strategic leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and robust financial planning.
His exceptional contributions to the finance industry earned him the prestigious 40UnderForty Award (2024), recognising his excellence and impact in financial management and innovation.
Mr. Sarpong currently serves as a Board Member of Nassah Logistics Limited and Gritfield Ghana Limited. He also holds the position of Finance Director at Brandlab Media Limited, Lansdowne Properties, and Babess International School.
Elvis attended Prempeh College and graduated from the University of Cape Coast. He also holds an MBA from Nicosia, U.K. His professional experience spans consultancy roles for leading banks and financial institutions, including BSIC Bank (Gambia and Ghana), where he supported fintech deployment and financial innovation projects across the sub-region.
Recognised as a strategic business partner and trusted advisor to executive leadership, Mr. Sarpong demonstrates a strong passion for innovation and operational excellence wherever he serves. Beyond finance, he is also an accomplished entrepreneur, owning and managing a multi-chain hospitality franchise that serves the Ghanaian market — a testament to his deep understanding of business development, entrepreneurship, and sustainable growth.
